Please note-- before syncing to Quickbooks Online there are no special characters such as ":" in your client names. This will cause the sync to fail.
There is a limit of 31 characters for any item name that is imported into Quickbooks Online. If an item has more than 31 characters, Quickbooks will cut off the name with an ellipsis "...".
Please note:
The QuickBooks Online sync is not available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time.
You can sync QuickBooks Online Monday thru Friday between 5:01 p.m. and 7:59 a.m. Eastern time and all day Saturday and Sunday.
1) Billing > Invoices > Export > Quickbooks Online
2) Sign in to Quickbooks with your account
3) Select Receivables and Income account
4) Input date range
5) Click "Synchronize"
